How did you announce you were pregnant?

You just got the most amazing news you have ever heard, "You are pregnant!"  Now it's time to share the news with your spouse, family and friends.  You can just come out and say "I'm pregnant" and that would be fine, but I have heard of some pretty unique ways to share the news. 

With our first, we just told everyone but with our second we let our daughter announce it.  She put on a t-shirt that said Awesome Big Sister.  It took some people a few minutes to notice what the shirt said but others got it right away.

Here are just a few other fun ways to announce.

1.  Take a picture of your oven with a bun in it or a picture of Prego tomato sauce (great to put on facebook or twitter to announce)

2.  Have a "baby" themed meal (baby back ribs, baby carrots, baby potatoes)

3.  Get a cake (or cookie) and announce it in the icing or use pink and blue icing to frost it

4.  Is it your parents 1st grandchild?  Get a Christmas or birthday card that says Grandma and/or Grandpa on it

5.  Take a group picture and instead of "Say Cheese" say "we're Pregnant!"

6.  Facebook/Twitter Status - OVbunEN

7.  Tell hubby with a card -
Blank card: $2
Fine point marker: $1
Home pregnancy test: $12
On the inside tape the positive hpt and write:
The look on your face when you realize you're going to be a dad...priceless"

8.  Give a calendar and circle the due date or if it is a photo calendar - take a pic of the pregnancy test and use that for the babies due date

9.  Replace the fortune in a fortune cookie with your own fortune
