Everyone was excited to see the bright colours, and didn't waste time getting their little hands on the nearest ball! Babies explored with their hands, mouths and eyes. We had bumpy balls, fuzzy wooly pom pom balls, bouncy balls, and balls that magically grew and shrunk with the help of mom!
Moms had fun rolling the balls to their little ones, and tossing the soft balls up into the air. It is so much fun to watch the look of wonder on a young child's face, witnessing the simplest of pleasures! Some kids quickly figured out how to toss the balls, and had a blast watching the reaction of their moms!
It was nice to have the little ones enjoying an activity together, and great for the mamas to have a chance to sit and connect with one another. The momstown Milton Baby Sensory group is a popular event for our families with babies ages 6-18 months. We run this program four times a month, with two different activities monthly.
